Innovations Publishing offices are located in the twelve story Centergy Building (75 Fifth Street) in Technology Square.  The building is also known as the home of the Georgia Tech Advanced Technology Development Center (ATDC).  The building has an RBC Bank sign on the top.

The building is located on the north side of Fifth Street between the I75/I85 expressway and Spring Street.

Directions when traveling south on  I-75/I-85 Downtown Connector:
If coming south on I-75, take exit 250 (Techwood Drive/17th Street/10th Street/14th Street).
If coming south on I-85, take exit 84 (same exit different number).
WARNING - This ramp is closed beyond 17th street for construction.  You can only use 17th street - 14th and 10th are closed.  But you can still use this exit:

After exiting the expressway, travel up the ramp and turn left onto 17th Street.  Cross the expressway. Turn right onto Spring Street. Proceed on Spring Street past major intersections of 14th and 10th streets.  Turn right into the building alleyway across from OfficeMax and just in front of the LA Fitness, then turn right into the Centergy One parking garage.

Directions when traveling north on  I-75/I-85 Downtown Connector:
Take exit 250 (10th Street).
At the top of the exit ramp, turn right onto 10th street.  Follow 10th  for one block to Spring Street.  Turn right onto Spring Street.  Follow Spring Street for approximately three blocks.  Turn right into the building alleyway across from OfficeMax and just in front of the LA Fitness, then turn right into the Centergy One parking garage.

Walkway from the parking garage to the building:
When leaving the parking garage, take the elevator to the fifth floor, then follow the covered walkway to the courtyard between the Centergy building and the Technology Square Research Building.  As you cross the walkway, the Centergy building will be to the left.  Enter the Building, and the elevators are to your right.  Suite 326 is the northeast corner of the 3rd floor (the signs are rather small).
